4″ diameter British made Clarkson Hi Flow cutter head mounted on R8 arbour. 6 point surfacing cutter with new unused tips fitted each having 4 cutting points, complete with Key for changing tips. Cutter head looks unused and the fitted arbour is in excellent condition.
