New Cross slide screw and half nuts

See pictures of an unused (new old stock) cross slide screw and half nut possibly for a medium sized British lathe. May be for a Colchester or Harrison lathe or maybe not. The screw diameter = 5/8 and total length = 17 1/4″. I also think its 4mm pitch. If you know it origin please confirm, even if your not looking for a replacement. Many thanks, Richard.
